Agency hub

The Agent Warden hub is where an agency manages agents across many client sites. Each site keeps enforcing its own policies. The hub never reaches into a site: sites report to the hub, and apply the hub's instructions through their own rules.

What it does#

  • Fleet view: every connected site's agents, statuses, waiting approvals, and daily activity.
  • Fleet policies: one policy for agents on many sites, with drift shown when a site changes it locally.
  • Central approvals: one inbox for every site's held actions.
  • Client digests: a weekly email and PDF report per client.
  • Teams: owners, reviewers, and viewers, with invitations.
  • Billing: Agency bands by number of sites.

Connecting a site#

  1. On the site, open Agent Warden → Hub and click Connect to hub. The screen lists what the hub will receive before anything is sent.
  2. The site shows a pairing code and a fingerprint. Open hub takes a team owner to the claim page, where the same fingerprint appears.
  3. Once claimed, the site reports every five minutes. Its messages are signed with its own key, and it accepts only answers the hub signed.

What a site sends#

Metadata and counts only:

  • versions and plan;
  • agent names, statuses, and policy fingerprints;
  • waiting approvals;
  • daily counts of actions, refusals, holds, and undos.

It never sends posts, orders, customers, or what agents sent.
