Pricing questions
Is the free plugin limited in time?
No. Free stays free, with two agents, policies, approvals in wp-admin, a 7-day log, and undo for posts. It makes no external requests.
Does Agency need a Pro license on each site?
No. Every site connected to a team with an Agency or Enterprise plan gets that plan’s features, including all of Pro, without a separate license.
Can we try the hub before paying?
Yes. A team without a subscription can connect up to 3 sites. Those sites use the hub and keep their own plan until the team subscribes.
What happens when a plan ends?
Nothing is deleted and no site is disconnected. Sites return to their own plan when the hub’s last signed plan statement expires, after at most 72 hours, and enforcement never depends on the hub.
Who handles payment and tax?
Pro licenses and hub plans are sold through Dodo Payments, which is the merchant of record and handles sales tax and VAT. Enterprise is invoiced yearly.
Can we get a custom plan?
