The hub is where an agency manages the agents on every client site at once. Each site keeps enforcing its own policies. Sites report to the hub, and the hub answers with instructions each site checks against its own rules.

What the hub does
- Fleet view
- Every connected site with its health, plugin version, plan, agents, waiting approvals, and a week of actions, refusals, holds, and undos.
- Fleet policies and drift
- Write a policy once and apply it to agents on many sites. If someone edits it on a site, the hub shows the agent as changed on the site, and you re-apply or detach.
- One approvals inbox
- Held actions from every site in one list. Owners and reviewers approve or deny with a note, and the site applies the decision through its own approval rules.
- Weekly client digests
- Every Monday at 08:00 in the site’s time zone, an email and PDF of what agents did, what was refused and undone, and an estimate of time saved. Counts only, never content.
- Owners, reviewers, viewers
- Owners manage billing, members, sites, and policies. Reviewers decide approvals. Viewers look. Invitations work once and expire after seven days.
- Sites stay in charge
- Enforcement happens on each site. If the hub is unreachable, agents keep their policies and sites keep their plan for up to 72 hours.
Connect a site in about five minutes
- Start on the site. In wp-admin, open Agent Warden → Hub and select Connect to hub. The screen lists what the hub will receive before anything is sent.
- Compare the fingerprint. The site shows a pairing code and a fingerprint. The link opens the hub’s claim page with the code filled in, and the same fingerprint.
- Claim it for a team. The site reports every five minutes after that, signed with its own key, and accepts only answers the hub signed.
